In some European countries, this successful combination will be legally available only to the military and law enforcement market, while in others it will be available to the commercial civilian market. As you know, the GLOCK 19X released in 2018 is a crossover model as it combines a large G17 Gen5 grip frame with no finger grooves, a slide stop grip on both sides, an integrated magwell and four interchangeable backstraps (two of them with extended beaver tail), with a short G19 slide with a 4"/102mm stroke.
Unlike the nDLC (Diamond Like Carbon) coating on the Gen5 and the Tenifer coating on the Gen4 to Gen1 models, the G19X has an nPVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating on its surface. This hard material coating is highly resistant to environmental conditions, corrosion, chemicals and improves sliding properties.
The black hardcoated barrel features the new Glock Marksman Barrel (GMB) internal profile and recessed nose crown. The modified Gen5 trigger pull weight is about 5.5 pounds / 2500 grams.
A toggle switch on either side of the gunlight allows for all essential "low-light" shooting techniques, both one-handed and two-handed.

The GLOCK 19X's combat boost comes from the Streamlight TLR-7AH LED pistol light mounted on the frame's mounting rail, meaning it's best suited for use in the dark. Specialized "low-light" shooting techniques, such as those the author learned from the experts at Strategos International, can of course also be used with a handgun/handflashlight combination.
Weighing around 2.4oz/68g and featuring an FDE anodized aluminum body, the Streamlight TLR-7AH is powered by a CR123A lithium battery, a conveniently designed end switch that can be operated from both sides, and a 500 lumen LED with strobe function. The G19X, along with the Streamlight TLR-7AH, comes with a standard 17-round magazine with grip and two additional extended 19-round magazines in a color-coordinated plastic case as well.
